This established application had an active user base and received regular content updates when Nekologic was brought in to support the continued development of Gemaga following the departure of the original developer.

Working with a complex and lightly documented codebase, we were responsible for understanding the existing architecture, implementing improvements, fixing issues, and helping ensure the application's ongoing stability and maintainability. The project required rapid onboarding and careful analysis of existing systems in order to deliver changes without disrupting the experience for existing users.
