Nekologic supported the deployment of an interactive retail installation developed by Huge Inc. for a major shopping centre in Sendai, Japan.

The system combined digital signage, motion sensing, RFID technology, custom hardware, and networked services to create a responsive retail experience that presented product information and promotional content as customers moved through the store and interacted with products.

Working on-site during the installation phase, our team collaborated closely with the shopping centre's operations staff, Huge's development team in Singapore, and hardware and exhibition partners including Tanseisha, who were responsible for the physical installation. Our responsibilities included system integration, deployment support, technical troubleshooting, and the diagnosis of issues spanning software, networking, hardware, and environmental factors.

Within a complex multi-vendor setup, Nekologic bridged software and physical systems to help deliver large-scale interactive installations.
