For Dreamforce 2018, Nekologic contributed to an interactive live event installation that connected attendee participation with a real-time visual experience displayed on a large-format screen.
For Dreamforce 2018, Nekologic contributed to an interactive live event installation that connected attendee participation with a real-time visual experience displayed on a large-format screen.
Attendees scanned their event badges to access a custom voting interface, allowing them to vote for philanthropic causes supported by the event. Each vote was transmitted in real time to a Unity-powered visualisation system, triggering animations and updates on a large public display.
Nekologic was responsible for the design and development of the voting platform, including the badge scanner integration, user-facing web application, and real-time communication layer connecting the system to the Unity installation via Socket.IO. Built using HTML5 and JavaScript, the platform was designed to provide a reliable and seamless experience in a high-traffic live event environment.
