Moomin Move.

Nekologic supported Tribe.red's Japanese market activities for Moomin Move, providing a combination of user research, localisation, operational, and business support services.

Our work included organising and managing a closed beta programme, recruiting and supporting more than 50 Japanese players, and gathering user feedback that was translated into actionable insights for the development team. In addition to player research, we provided translation and interpretation services for business meetings and coordinated specialist support where required.

We also assisted with regulatory and operational requirements relating to in-game communication systems, carried out product testing, and provided recommendations to help inform the game's future development roadmap. Nekologic bridged the gap between international development teams and the Japanese market, drawing on technical, operational, and cultural expertise.
