Nekologic was engaged by Orion's Wave to support the development of an experimental mixed reality application exploring the interaction between users and autonomous networks of cooperating software agents.

Built for the Meta Quest 3, the project combines hand-tracked spatial interaction with a dynamic system of self-organising digital entities capable of communicating and collaborating to complete tasks. By leveraging the device's mixed reality capabilities and passthrough technology, users are able to interact with complex virtual systems while remaining fully aware of their physical surroundings.

Our work included the implementation of advanced hand interactions using Meta's Interaction SDK, as well as the development of core application systems and user experience workflows. The project explored emerging technologies at the intersection of spatial computing, agent-based systems, and human-computer interaction, providing valuable insights into how complex digital systems can be visualised and manipulated in mixed reality environments.
