These terms govern your use of neko-logic.com. Client engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement, not by this page.

Use of the site

You may read, link to and quote this site with attribution. You may not scrape it at a rate that degrades service, misrepresent its content as your own, or use it to build a competing directory of our clients.

Intellectual property

Site design, copy and the Nekologic name and marks belong to Nekologic Corp. Project imagery and client names appear with permission and remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing here grants a licence to use client marks.

Portfolio accuracy

Project descriptions summarise work delivered under contract. Scope, credits and release dates are described in good faith; where a client requires confidentiality the entry is generalised or omitted.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is". We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with exclusive jurisdiction in the Kyoto District Court.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the last change.
